I Love. I Admire. I Know.

It’s been a long time since I have just wrote a blog about the things that I absolutely love and adore, and what I hope will be in store for 2013.

I love my son. I know, pretty stinking obvious, but he captures my heart more and more every day.

I am in awe of my husband. His patience, kindness and generosity towards others are often times gone unnoticed, but he is my best friends, my rock and my first love.

I have faith in society. After a week of having my patience tested by liars, and downright mean spirited people, I still have faith in society.

I can’t wait to heat Atticus say, “I love you.”

I admire the way my blog sisters conduct themselves even when in the midst of crappy situations. They have patience and grace as they deal with the monotony that is life.

I imagine that his first real steps are going to be at 16 months old.

I look forward to summer. With MommyCon dominating my work-load right now, I am looking forward to having June and July to catch up on family time without having to travel anywhere or host an event. I know this won’t be “time off,” but right now it seems like it.

I want to leave the month of February behind, and focus on the future. Merucry is in retrograde, and it has an impact on the communication amongst my team, friends and family.

I loathe the idea of my child waking up two hours earlier this week.

I dreamed of not having enough trash cans at MommyCon in Chicago… I obviously need to put the computer away a little earlier so I can dream about something a little less trashy.

I know that life goes by too quickly, and I just need to slow down, take a deep breath and enjoy my time in the present.
